hai freinds this is sruthi iam new to this site my sister said abt this site so i thought that i will get solutions here .my problem is that my complexion is not that much fair i saw just now for some questions u all gave like to drink mint juice for better complexion so even iam intersted to drink but i dont no how to do so plz freinds tel me how to prepare that juice and at what time i should drink and for best result how much days i shoudl drink.hope u will reply .

hi sruthi !its really easy to make mint juice..
take 1/2 glass water and boil this water .add mint leaves in it.remove the heat.drink...enjoy...hey but not hot...
also follow these tips darling:
1.Soak 4 almonds overnight. Make a very fine paste with them, using milk to grind them.

Apply this paste on the neck and face before going to bed. Wash with cold water in the morning. Repeat daily for 15 days, followed by twice a week.

Tips 2:

Take 1 tbsp of gram flour and 2 tsp of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice. Mix well and apply. Wash after 15 minutes. Repeat for 4 weeks and follow up with once a week.

Tips 3:

Grind a cup of mint leaves to a fine paste. Apply and leave for 20 minutes. Wash. Continue for 15 days.

and water water water...drink 8-10 glass water daily.
