My son is 5 mths old. & i breastfed him till 4 mths. but still ive not got my periods. i had a C-Section. pls. advice.

I delivered in OCT 06.I am still breast feeding my baby.He is 7 months+ now.I also had c section.I have still not got my periods yet.What do I do?we are using protection.

Hi,
I too had a C section and got my periods only when my son was 8 mths old. Since u have stopped breast feeding completely you would get it soon too. By the way, r u sure u r not pregnant again?

You were breast feeding when you got your periods or stopped. My son is around 8 months but I still havn´ t got my periods :(( Shall I see a doctor ?

thanks Meena...

we ´ ve been using protection, so i think chances of getting pregnant r almost ruled out.its been close to 2 mths. that i´ ve stopped breast feedig & i´ m still waiting for my periods.
