Name: stretch marks



hey how is everything going. SO i have stretch marks and dark buttocs how can i get rid of this and get a fair body. help me shukria.

hey me fine.dear!Stretch marks can be a nuisance and they are not easy to get rid of. If you already have them, keep in mind that it takes time.
1. massage your body regularly with coconut and almond oil, it will keep stretch marks away.
2.Vitamin E is believed to improve stretch marks. Or, add a couple of vitamin E capsules to your body massage oil.
3.It is believed that smearing the area with egg white and letting it dry before washing off with ice cold water regularly can help in getting rid of stretch marks completely.
for dark buttoc :
use body scrub and dove body wash.
take a milk bath .take 1 glass milk and mix 2 lemon.apply all over ur body and
wash out after an hour.
use dove soap as well.
drink 8-10 glass water daily.
drink mint juice 1 cup daily.
take care
