I still has to loose tummy fat. But hey it's not a lot . I used to wear size 4 and now it is 6 but today one of my friend made a stupid remark - 'When I am expecting second one'. Helllooo! I know I have to loose but hey that was so rude...

I am now more determined to loose , seriously but no dieting but yes no empty calories... Though I go for jogging in the morning with my son in the stroller and long walks in the evening...

Any tips friend. But I hate ppl who deliberetly say such things. O' well i will surely thank her one day for her rude remark...

I am one more person to say...Me to in the same boat.

I hateeeee my tummy...the way it is loose and all...i have actually stopped looking at it. I so want to lose it too.

Actaully my story is...I was trying to get to ideal weight before pregnancy...i was almost 90% there and I got pregnant...and there alll came back...and now it is so difficult to get it off. Now no time also to go to the gym. Initially thats how I had lost weight...1 hr gym and healthy food. Since few weeks i have started on the food but no gym. I am to the weight i was before pregnancy...no i did not do anything specific...just the workload got me there...but i again want to get to an ideal weight and lose thissss tummy. When you wear jeans...and t-shirt ..how baddd it looks i hate ittt

I have brought this oprah book \";Total body makeover\";...it is actually a nice book...have read it cover to cover already...and it has exercises(which i have gone through a 100 times) and 12 weeks plan to do which exercise when and how much ..which i like bec i have no time absolutely to plan myself....but right now i am not finding time to get started....everyday it is something or the other. Had yash slept at night properly i would have managed in the mornings but i wakeup sleepy everyday and do not go to exercise...i must have decided a 100 times \";i will surely go tommorrow \"; but that never comes...

May be we all on the board could make a pact with each other ...decide weekly on exercises and work togeather..what do you gals say ?
May be that will get me started :-).

How are you? How is Rohan? I am so glad that Rohan said \"; Ma Ma\"; first. I replied to your post.
Seems like weight wise you are back to normal; good. I have still a lot to loose. I have asked my doctor about reducing tummy. He had suggested Pilate...I haven’t started doing it. I try to walk in lunch hour. I am sure Rohan would enjoy long walk with you; how long you go for a walk? You also mentioned about going for a Jogging? Do you have a Jogging Stroller? How much time you spend on jogging? If I remember you didn’t gain a lot more weight but still how many lbs you needed to shred after giving birth?

I am happy that today is Friday and I can spend more time with Raghav on week ends

NY - Rohan is doing great! Yes i love him saying Ma Ma , Ma Ma.. He is adorable. Here i go again :-))

I gained 17 pounds total in pregnancy and i have lost that too but haven't lost all my mommy tummy.

I have peg Perego Sporty Piko P3 , for now i am using that but looking for jogging stroller as well, mostly second hand. I am doing few ab exercise, 4-5 yoga pose learnt few fom my Mom , nothing fancy. i spend 30-45 minutes in the morning and brisk walking in the evening...

Trying to avoid late dinner and keeping atleast 2-3 hours gap before i go to bed. lets see... May of my friends started using tummy binder but i couldn't as it caused me pain.

O'well , lets wotk together and help lose the mommy tummy .

I am so glad for you, Friday is here and you must be so much looking forward to spend weekend with Raghav.

Hi veenu and all ,

I have the same problem . I have yet 10 ponds to lose . My doc says its difficult to lose as you are breast feeding .
I want to lose the weight on my abdomen . My tummy looks big too . I can understand how u felt veenu . I had an aunty in india comment the same for me \"; Are u expecting another one \"; and she said it seriously . I felt so embarrased :)....
Now i go for long walks in the evening and wear the tummy binder . it helps in keeping the tummy in .
But i am sure the tummy will go in only with Abdomen exercise..I feel lazy to do it.

Hope u all are doing fine.

I have been visiting site and finally cld see posts. Rhea is doing good.Pretty active like other kids.she sings whole abc song and counts 1to 6 (her bro' s impact)
