hi, i want to ask dat wat is the natural way for bcoming more fair n skin glowing ,gora.PEARL ji sujessted me to not to use products like roopamrit n i m not using and i m using lemon and honey for 15 mins.will it make my skin glow n fair if yes how much time will i take?

hi pooja,
dont use lemon daily..the better way for fair skin is use badam with milk and apply it in a face fr 20 min minutes..ur skin will become fair and the other thing is use besan with milk it also gives fair looking to ur skin ..try this fr an month u'll see the difference.

you can not change your skin tone but make it a little lighter.
in a natural way take balance diet ,take multivitamin daily.
massage almond oil mixed with a squeeze of lemon onn your body daily for 15 mins.

drink mint juice daily.the procedure is also given in my previous columns for making mint juice.

use almond powdered mixed with lemon daily on your face.

hey pooja !dear yes don't use this type of prducts.as u asked natural ways for fair complextion.
1.drink 8-10 glass water daily.
2.drink milk
lemon and honey 's for shine and refresh
u can use this mixture only once in a week
3.apply only lemon juice for an hour daily.
4.drink mint juice.
these r natural ways
