take 1 glass milk and 2 lemons mix lemon juice in the milk and apply this mixture on ur body for half an hour daily.then wash ur body.u can also use freeman body scrub after it.its gud.u can even use lemon juice all over ur body for an hour daily.u can even massage ur body by ur self buy any whitening scrub and even with freeman scrub u can massage all over ur body.and before any party or before ur marraige if u r not married u can use bleach.yes u can do it.but once in a month.best bleach 's jolen USA.and for feet:scrub feet with peice of lemon and leave for half an hour also use milk on ur feet as well.u can also go for padicure oncein a month from any reputed salon,and ask them for whitening them as well.hey if u have any plan for party or some where out then bleach ur feet as well.

what you actually wants?fair hands+feet+face ,

use face polish .go to a good cosmetic shop and ask for skin polishing kit.
it will have soothing lotion seperate it.mix all the remaining ingedients in equal quantity except booster .double the amount of booster .and apply ,when dry rinse normal..

it will lighten your face.you can do it after every 15 days.skin polishing is also popular in beauty parlours.

go for skin whitening facial.

if your skin is not oily use almond oil.mix almond oil with a squeeze of lemon and massage your desired area daily for 15 mins.

drink and apply mint juice daily.

before sleeping soak chana dal in a little milk and in the moarning crush this chana dal in a fine powder paste in this paste add a little turmeric ,few drops of lemon and few drops of rose water apply daily .


almond is good if they are used with lemon.make a fine powder of almond mix with lemon and apply daily.

chanpoora of wheat floor is good .cook it in milk for a little while on a stove after it is thick leave it for cooling apply daily.
