help....I hair used to be really beautiful not too thick but not thin. It was very beautiful. In the last few years, it has been getting thin and it's dry at the bottom and when I grow it out the ends get very red. I apply oil once or twice a week to my hair and I shanpoo once a week. I don't know what I am doing wrong. But I don't want to start losing my hair at such an early age. I have tried many natural treatments such as eggs and cocunut oil but nothing seems to work. I would like to regain my original hair. Help me please!! Thanks tina replied. You should take care about your diet eat more green vegetables and dairy products.
Shampoo your hair thrice a week if your scalp is oily
Use good conditioner after shampooing
warm the coconut oil little and apply atleast twice a week.
Make sure there are no split ends if there are any than get them trimmmed asap.
If you still have a problem than visit dermatologist asap.
