Good to hear from you..yes am too finding it difficult to sleep prop...and running to the toilet most of the time during the night....god bless the 3'rd trimester...its going to be more frequent than our first trimester b'cos uterus wud have come down...
well, reg. exercises as of now I try to walk for atleast 30 minutes 3 times a week....am planning to increase it more in the coming weeks...I know doing yoga and prenatal exercises is v good but I didnt find anyone to teach me...so just happy with this walking stuff....and its really good....even heard that swimming is very good till the last trimester.....
hey, dont worry abt the labour pains ....this filmi stuff is all nonsense...ha! frankly I dont want to think abt my labour pains right now...it gets me on my nerves.....but surely it will be the max. tolerable level ....so just dont worry abt it...u can get prepared for it right from u'r 9'th month...what do u say?!!!!! these exercises wud surely help during the labour to ease the delivery....also remember while bending down to get anything from the ground, do try to bend on your knees and get things instead of fully bending over from the standing positing....
take care and keep posted!
cheers!

Thanks for the warm welcome. Yep I can feel the movement of little one, it's really a great feeling. Now a days getting bit difficult to sleep at night, having a disturbed sleep. Good to hear you are doing fine. So where's the delivery? I am planning to have it here, my parents may come to help me. Have u all started doing exercises. I am so lazy even to go for walking. But I understand bit of exercise is very important for easy delivery. Here at hospital they conduct pregnancy classes, where they explain about exercises etc. Unfortunately I couldn't make head or tail out of that as everything is in german. No English translation. Anyone can tell me what all exercises we can do and what exactly to expect in labor room. Have only seen people screeming in films !!!!... Have a nice time all of you and do enjoy every second. Take care
