Need a help. Do we need to send notorized photocopy of all pages of passport or only non blank pages. Pls let me know. Also, did you send the photocopy of birth certificate or original. It is written on the birth ceritificate that photocopying is not legal.. Was just wondering. Pls reply.

Here is what you need

1. Application form (2 sets - with baby's thumb impression and notarized)
2. Photos - 4
3. Photocopies of the applicant's passport - notarized
4. Photocopies of parent's passport - notarized
5. The application fee (150$ + 15$ the money for postage). Need to send cashier's check addressed to \";Consulate General of India\";

about notarization...just to be safe notarize any photocopy you make...and when you go for notarization..they do not notarize each and every page...they just put notariztion info on one blank page for the whole one set which you should pin it along with the set... like one such page for one copy of passport ...etc
