any suggestion for dandruff. i have dandruff problem, it's just too much. I can't wear black at all:( i use coconut hair oil once a week with camphor but it is not working. I used anti dandruff shampoo Nizrol too but no use.

just take white vinegar and apply in ur scalp with little bit massage

leave 1 hour after u can wash it

do the process 3 days once

it will go off so soon

dont cut ur hair now

sister this is a type of hair thinning and falling hair is one of the protein(keratin)

so first we need to check his diet

is he has any heat body?

i thinkhis scalp is totally damaged anyway we can sister

just give him more orange juice for vitamin e and skin or scalp nourishment

where r u from?

its better to check the scalp

dear vijay ji,

I came to know about urself, from this site, and I hope u’ll help and sort my prblm with good advice. Actually, my husband is having dandruff problem from last 5-8 yrs. He has done lot of things but nothing helps him out, he is so depressed as every month he used to cut his hair in large, and due to this dandruff prblm, his hair r falling from mid scalp, he is so depressed he always used to say me that he will cut all his hair, and try again for the new one, I don’t think this is the good idea for him.

Kindly suggest something curable for him as he is facing this prblm vry badly.

ya sister in the pooja shop u can get it

make the camphor like powder and put into the oil container use the oil

this is simple and dynamic method to control ur problem

My mum used to have a dandruff problem she got a shampoo from the doctor called Polytar. You can buy it over the counter also, its a bit pricey but worth it. Good Luck, let me know how you get on.
