Thanks for posting that excerpt on losing baby fat. Was very informative. Am really really impressed with your exercise schedule man! After getting inspired by you I went to the gym in our complex here and guess what none of the machines worked. Checked all the power outlets etc and the lights and all were working. Kucch samajh mein hi nahi aaya and assumed that maybe the power to the machines was down. Will call the mgmt. group today. Anyways..chalo then..

What a mood off, when smth like this happens , right.
Anyways, there are some machines in our gym that start displaying when you start exercising . Like cycling on the stationary cycle, or when you start striding on the elliptical, then the display shows time, calories etc.
Probably ur gym has that too, try again next time.

That's just the thing, isn't it? When you want to get started, something else will get in the way. Maybe it's your mgmt co.s way to lenghthen the life of the machines by not making them usable ;-) You are very welcome. By the way, where in the UK were you? When you mentioned Cal, is that Calgary? Not sure... Well, hope you are doing well. Keep writing.
