Ask moms what they miss most about pre-motherhood, and they'll likely say their pre-pregnancy body! While it's not uncommon to gain weight with each pregnancy, there's no reason you should be stuck with the extra pounds! See what Fit Forever! moms say helped them deal with their baby weight:
Tap into the power of exercise! Thirty minutes of cardio four times a week and toning exercises each day will help your body bounce back.
Beware of drastic calorie cutting, especially if you're nursing. Talk to your doctor about how many calories you need a day. When you don't eat enough, you just increase your fatigue!
Be patient with yourself. Remember that it took your body nine months to make a baby. You won't get your shape back overnight, but it will happen if you stick with it!
Finding time to exercise with a baby can be tough! Exercise tapes work well because you can pop them in anytime — like during naps, when daddy's on duty, or after the baby goes to bed.
Remember that babies like to go for walks, too! Why not take them along in the stroller or front pack?
