Feng Shui:Good information about windows

There are many people who do not pay attention to the windows. But after reading this article about feng shui and windows I have realised that it is important to maintain good windows. I have seen many times in my village that many houses have broken windows. So I want to ask a question how these broken windows affect the person’s life. Feng shui emphasizes more on maintaining good windows so how about designing windows with various styles material. If we spend lots of money on decoration windows and curtains will it give better results? I want to know about all these things with respect to feng shui.
