hi insia,
do not worry.i am mother of 3 grown up daughters, hence this phase will also pass away pl. do not be empty stomach for long hours.take a helping of fruits or light drink as evenging draws.do not think of vommiting ,divert your thoughts.try to walk a little.and if toy wish drink kaachi lassi, that is equal amount of water &milk.

Hi Insia,
Don't worry about you morning sickness in the evening because Doctors say nosia or vomitting can occur at anytime of the day. It should not be necessarily in the morning . I don't have any morning sickness at all but at anytime of the day I suffer terrible nosiatic or vomitting feeling .Most of the times I suffer it at night after having dinner. So my suggestion is try to do divert the mind , talk to somebody at that time which might keep you away from that feeling.

Hi Neeta,
Y'know I guess its all quite a bit psychological also (all this nausea) bcoz all of last evening till late at night I felt nothing at all bcoz I was glued to the TV watching the events in USA.So I guess the key is to keep oneself occupied and busy.
Thanx for writing!
Hope all is well with ur pregnancy.I have just 12 days to go for my bedrest to end inshaAllah!

The prenatal yoga experience was amazing and I am still following it . In fact I would recommend Srimoyi yoga classes for all pregant women. Prenatal yoga
I am a known arthritis patient, and was recommended yoga by my gyn. After some searching, I found srimoyi yoga. The benefits of prenatal yoga are amazing. Ms. Bhaswati recommends lifestyle and dietary changes also along with yoga, to help improve overall health and fitness. Moreover, she gives personal attention to each person in the group, so her course is sort of tailor ... - Meghna [View Message]
Pre-natal Yoga
I have been practicing yoga since 7th grad. Yoga has been my saviour since i was suffering from acute asthma. I have been to various yoga teachers and i would vouch for Bhaswati Seal any day. Her knowledge in yoga allows her to give us an in-depth explanation of the postures and the benefits from each yoga exercise. She gives a lot of emphasis on how the posture needs to b... - Nithya [View Message]

Congratulations
Hi Neeta,

It is great to know you had a very short labour and welcome your little one. Advait name sounds good. I think I am the only one blessed with little angel. She is going to be two months old in couple of days. Right now she has started responding to us. My elder one adores her a lot. I moved on to Baby club. We can be in touch with our growing kids.pooja [View Message]
