Kegel' s is very easy. You can try it next time you visit the loo to pee. Ok now the following description may sound a bit disgusting but I have no other way of explaining it. When you start peeing, stop in between passing it and hold onto it for a few seconds. The muscle in your bladder that you use to stop your pee is called the Kegels muscle (i think). So this is how you locate this particular muscle. BUT the thing is, you have to practice this technique not while peeing. This above exercise was only to let you know how to locate the muscle. Once you know the muscle then you should practice it any time during the day (without peeing obviously -) around ten times thrice a day. You contract the muscle and then relax it after a few seconds. This is Kegel' s. This helps in strengthening the bladder muscles so you don' t have a problem during labour, post-labour, etc.
