jichi, my height is 5.3\" , In my 30th week preg I hav already got 13kgs(pre preg I was 46-47kgs and now 60kgs.) I am becoming more fat, my thies are contirbuting a lot here. Do you have any idea to control or reduce fat in the thies? My thies are more fat in pre preg also. But Now I am thinking after delivery If I wear jeans then it looks very odd..... Do you have any Idea....?

hi cmb,

Plz dont worry abt your weight/size etc. You can do floor excercise/biking/jogging/stepper to trim your thighs/butt etc 6 WEEKS AFTER DELIVERY. Excercise is the only way to keep your body in shape. I put on nearly 22 kgs during my first pregnancy and it took 2-3 yrs for me to shed 18 kgs and i did with exercise ALONE. do not worry abt weight now...Enjoy your pregnancy.....

i am also an er .sometime back i started work from which was not related to my field .i contacted a foriegn firm wwhich has no office in india .they organise international exhibitions.i became ind rep.of that firm.i have to contact indian firms for the exhb.it was a great exp.without any inv.,good money,no compition and flexi hour.i have to stop it after my baby born.now i... - rc [View Message]
