okay u guys readin this.. M from Kenya,East Africa.. n my problem is i got sweaty palms.. it totally sucks!.. n at times its very humialiatin speacially when u get to shake hands with others! Man m like totally whooped!.. so beat up! dont know what to do!.. help me out plz..

Hi Taniyahh. It sounds like you have Bromhydrosis - excessive sweating which can also effect the feet. Have you talked to a local pharmacist at all. I know they have absorbant powders available. Maybe they could suggest something to take internally. Keep your fluids up too to replace the lost moisture from your body. Hope this helps. Vee
