hi Soha and others for help::

What can i do to reduce body heat. I have too much of body heat. An eg., if i hold a pen for 30mins,the bold pen starts leaking so much that my hands get filled with ink.

Though a normal body temp is 37C for a person, i think mine is higher than that. Can u pls advice on what can i do to reduce excess heat produced by the body.

hi

before u go to sleep take castor oil 2 or 3 drops and press it on ur head(middle).boil water to 3or4 mins and when boiling put cumin seeds (jeeragam) to water. after water get cool drink that it is very useful to reduce over heat from body. drink the jeeragam water daily. i experienced with this. my body is also so heat. i follow above methods so i am ok

DRINK as much water as youcan ,eat fruits and salads ,avoid stress and

drink milk water a lot .
take 1/4 cup of milk and fill the remaining cup with water .drink this as much as you can.

avoid intake of coffee,tea and soft drinks.
