Hi! well m almost completing my 14th week.... still suffering from nausea especially in d eve i don understand y... m kinda tired... m also not able to eat well in d nite some times i tend to avoid.... is der a way i can avoid dis.....???

Try to figure out if u r not able to stand any particular food. for me milk and milk products is causing problem.
avoid foods which u r unable to digest.

Dear wat can i advice you we all r sailing in the same boat i too have severe evening sickness.. But things r far better after taking tab called ' PREGNIDOXIN'

consult your doc about this medicine and see if it works!

Thanx Sangeeta.... well for me its to do wit milk majorly..... i tried havin it fit roohafza dat din work either.... i´ ve been havin oats cooked in milk its better wit a lil sugar, it doesnt smell of milk n tastes better c if it works for u..... well its a lil strange but wen m visitin my moms place my nausea is a lil in control visaviz wen m at my inlaws place.... god alone knows wats wit dis strange thing.....
