hi ..am sielent reader of all the bords..i found this board is quiet active...need help from you guys...i deliverd my babay 2 months backk....but my weight insted of decreasing its incresing day by day..am so low becoz of this reason..am so overweight ..donno what to do....as i read in yours post you two have got yours pre pregnancy shape...can you please tell me rather guide me how you did it? tell me abt exercise and diet plan...it will be gr88....looking for yours responce as soon as possible...am 185 pound now :(((((((((((( am soooo sab (my height is 5 feet 7 intches..but still) i gained 40 pounds throught pregnancy..i dono how to reduce it..help please

As Padoo mentioned I too haven't lost all of my tummy, still a couple of inches more to go, but I won't deny that It has reduced since delivery... Also another 5 pounds to lose...well what makes me not give up is that I want to get into my pre preg jeans comfortably,as a first step, I am getting into it, got to lose a little more so that I can be comfortable wearing it.

I added on 40 lbs during preg, lost 10 with delivery and after that at home lost the rest, which was a lot of water.
I too have to agree with Paddoo that BF my kiddo has helped me drain few more pounds...

still got to tuck in my abs a little more...

less of fatty stuff and climbing the stairs up and down could have helped me I guess

Hi,

To clarify.. I've NOT got back to pre-preg 'shape'. Only weight!! My tummy ulges like no ones business...

I gained 12 kilos, approx 26 pounds. In all i reached 84 kg in Jan. Am at 70 kilos now. I've got to loose 3 inches on my waist and then 5 kg to become 'to size'.

BF kich has helped me reduce.. So has the climate in Hyd.. I'm on the run for everything in the house 'coz my hubby is like a spoilt kid when i'm around and wont even do the weekly shopping alone...

No ghee, no sweets, low oil is where i am now. Gotta cut the carbs also.

I think we should all ask Komal too, about her routines... She's looking cool in the snaps!

hi all

why all of u r so silent. i know everyone are busy with kids/jobs etc. but still try to rebember this ip site and we all will be in touch sharing the milestones of our kids.
