hi soha,mine is basically pimple prone skin,i do ahve facial hair i donno why it is getting earlier wen i was young i never had it,now it looks odd can i go for bleaching once in a month or once ion two months,
can u plzz suggest me a good body scrub or soap or a cream for my body bcoz i find my body is darker in complexion than my face and hands ,plzz help me i have acne marks on my chest and back,
which cream is good for my face,wat is this neutrogena products r they good plzz yaar tell me evrything about wat to use for my face and body its urgent. soha replied. NEELU

first of all promise your self to follow my routine to make your skin looks better.

in the moarning before taking breakfast drink atleast 2 glasses of water and 1 glass of milk mixed with water.

take 1/4 cup of milk and then full the remaining cup with water .

drink this as much as you can through out the day ,it has cooling affects for the stomach.

use wet phitkri thrice a day on your face.

take a beaten egg white and apply on face for 20 mins and then rinse warm ,excellent for acne prone skin.use this daily.

use alovera gel on your face for getting rid of its scars.

rub ginger whenever you have time.

drink water a lot,avoid stress,restrict caffiene which is in coffee ,soft drinks ,tea or take them in a very little quantity.

green tea is good for acne ,in china people use this as medication.

neutrogena and noxzema products are very good.try them.

use pears soap.stives body scrub is good but dont use daily ,use after 15 days avoid areas having pimples.

dont bleach its better or avoid pimple areas.
