Hi brother,

I am Madhusudan.I have lost some hair on sides of my head. My hairs are thinning. I just dont want this to happen. I want thick, healthy hair on my scalp. I want to regrow some hair.

Kindly reply me with:

use bajaj almond oil

take protein content food

if u non veg take more fish

egg,nuts.....

weekly once take a gentle massage not roughly

drink one tender coconut daily

Jo Prabhu replied. Causes of Thinning Hair causes loss of confidence, a feeling of confusion as to what's causing their hair to thin, which leaves them feeling helpless.
The problem of thinning hair may be caused by a genetic predisposition that comes from a family history of thinning hair.
