Last month my friend had her God Bharai function. I too would like to have a function. I am due in April. We don' t have this tradition. But I really want to have a function. Any suggestions as how can I have it?

I suggest that you should talk to your parents about this function. May be they can organize some sort of function for you. Even a small affair will be a memorable experience for you. You can also take your husband into confidence.

I understand your feelings. If you do not have god bharai function, then there would be some similar function or custom in your side. you can enjoy that function. Or you can plan a get together with your friends which would be like baby shower.
