FOR HEALTHY AND GLOWING AND CLEAR SKIN FOOLOW THESE-[FOR INTAKE]

SUFFICIENT SLEEP.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER .
TAKE FRUITS ,VEGETABLES,PULSE SUFFICIENTLY.
DONT'S
AVIOD OIL STUFF[IT WILL INCREASE PIMPLESAND RESULT IN SCARS.AND AGAIN FOR THAT SCARS U WILL ASK TIPS HERE.SO WHY NOT TO AVOID IN STARTINNG ONLY?]
DONT EAT OUTSIDE FOOD.A;WAYS PREFER HOME FOOD.IT IS THE BEST FOOD.
TO PROTECT SKIN FROM OUTSIDE-
DO USE A NICE FACEWASH.
FOLLOW WITH MOISTURISER.IN THE EVENING CLEAN UP WITH SOME TONER.
BEFORE SLEEPING ENSURE THAT UR SKIN IS FREE FROM ALL THE DIRT AND LEAVE IT FRESHAND CLEAN.DONT APPLY ANY THING.
USE A NOURISHING CREAM.
WEEKLY TWICE DO SCRUB TO UR FACE.
WEEKLY ONCE APPLY A BESTFACE PACK.
MONTHLY ONCE GO FOR STEAMING WITH HOT WATER.
BCOZ 4 UR SKIN TO BE NICE IT SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE BOTH EXTERNALLY AND INTERNALY.

steaming in young ages should b avoided.. mostly.. only in very critical skin condiotions.. then it can b used..but make sure to have it done from a profectional who will close the pores correctly..
