hi arpita,
I m from chennai carrying twins, one of my baby' s placenta is low lying just 1.2cm from os and i m 18weeks pregnant now. i m not supposed to climb up and down the stairs, go out, bend, and excert pressure of any kind. Doctor said mostly it moves up after 20 - 22 weeks. so just relax dont stress, bend, or drive.

Hi arpita
If your placenta is covering your cervix you have to slow down little. no excessive work and try to rest as much as possible coz it could cause bleeding. some time does move up and you will be alright but you have to go for regular checkup to see that. In worst case it does not move up you might have c-section. I had placenta previa in my last pregnancy and i was on bed rest. I hope this will help you. don' t worry most of the time it move up later in pregnancy when uterus expand.

hi
i haven' t done it but i heard about it. it is similar to ultrasound but much more clear. u will actully see the baby than just a figure. one of my friend did it. there is a fee for it.
they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
