Hello can you please tell me something to become fair? i have a whetish sanwala color skin. My face and neck is darker than the rest of my body please tell me how to become fair.

Also very important Soha jee what can i eat or drink to become a few shades lighter and have glowing skin. Please tell me thank you.

sweetie

soak 4 almonds overnight and in the moarning crush them and mix them in milk and apply on face and leave overnight in the moarning wash cold .


soak chana dal in the night with milk and in the moarning crush the chana dal and add a little turmeric ,few drops of lemon in it and affly for half hour daily.

drink milk mixed with water ,take about 1/4 of milk and in this add water ,full the glass with water .drink as much as you can in a day it will help to lighten your complexion.

if your skin is not oily apply a little vitamin E cream to your face or just buy vitamin E capsules and break them if it is with oil you can apply directly to your face if it is with powder you can add that to any good cream.
