Hi mates,
If u have any issues abt foot care u may ask me & i'll try to help u as much as i can.I'm not a speacilist am just a regular person with reasonable ideas abt foot care & cleanliness. I live in UK & am a IT person thx

Hi panjami,
Washing the feet only during the bath is not enuff. take a bucket or u can buy a foot spa if u like. Fill it with luke warm water add lil bit of sea salt & liquid soap soak the feet for 15 min when u soak litely scrub ur feet with a foot file.
After 15 min thoroughly wipe ur feet & apply a nice mosturiser wear socks inside the house.
I think glicerine might b good.I dont use it. No comments abt it.U can also use some vegetable oil & wear socks.

Usually i wash my feet during bath. But i noticed that if we try to scratch, there are more dirt over our feet. Can u advice a home remedy for foot care. Thanks. Is glycerine good to be applied for feet care.

Hi sweetie,
I think i know the answer to ur prob, Soak ur feet in luke warm water & add lime juice to it. Soak it for 15 min & then scrub ur feet with a good scrub like apricot scrub. With the lime skin slightly rub ur toes above the nails. DO this once in a week & during the week days just rub a small piece of lime before u go for ur shower.
