Was given this food schedule & found it quite useful as it guides as to which veggie/fruit to introduce at what age.. hope u guys find this useful... love to all kiddos...
Super Baby Food Feeding schedule
month by month
Use the 4 day wait rule between new introductions.
Before 6 Months- introduce
Ripe avocado
Ripe banana
Sweet potatoes
Commercial iron-fortified single grain cereals: rice, barley, millet, oatmeal
Mild fruits, cooked and strained: apricots, nectarines, peaches, pears, plums, prunes
6 Months – introduce
Homemade single grain cereals: brown rice, millet, rolled oats, oatmeal
Winter squash (kabocha pumpkin)
Raw mild fruits:
Papaya, mango, pears
7 months – introduce
Tofu
Cottage cheese
Homemade mixed cereals
Hard-cooked egg YOLK
Asparagus
Carrots
Green beans
Peas
Summer squash (zucchini, Korean hobak)
White potatoes
peaches
Mild fruit juices/nectars, strained and diluted:
Apple
Apricot
Grape
Papaya
Pear
Peach
Prune
8 months – introduce

9 months – introduce
9 months is the beginning of the “Super Baby Porridge.” After the legumes and beans have been introduced, you can start throwing in the cubes of beans with brown rice jook and making them eat that. That should be at least ONE of the meals a day – the brown rice bean combination is what is supposed to keep the immune system so healthy.
