What are the food stuffs we can eat to ensure that the baby has a healthy skin and a good complexion while i am pregnant.

eat balanced meal include protiens vitamins carbohydrates in your diet
fruits (apples grapes bananas coconuts plums papayas blue berries)and veges (spinach brocolli)are baby friendly
eat lots of water melon 5 times a day
coconut water fresh juice diluted or whole
drink plenty of water
fish is good avoid red meat.

Try to eat lots of fruits,veggies and drink lots of fluids(water, milk, juices, lassi). You wont gain much weight, you wont feel hungry all the time(as your body gets all the nutrients required) and baby will be healthy. Try not to eat too much of fatening food or fried food. Its very tough, but its worth taking the pain. Believe me this is my personal experience. I gave birth to a very healthy, happy baby and was in good shape.
Be happy and enjoy every moment of pregnancy.
