hi all, its been a long time since i emailed the grps and looks like we have a whole lot of new mommies! welcome aboard!
I've just been out of touch , as my nausea and vomitting was so bad, i just kinda stayed in!

feeling much better now, its atleast gone down a little bit, i guess i jsut crossed the 14 wk mark!

but somehow im not gaining any wt at all. u wudnt believe me if i told u i lost abt 10 lbs during my first trimester and now im trying to gain wt and i think i gained only 1 lb max in the past 1 mth!
my doc said i shud gain atleast 5 lbs this mth.. doc apt next week, dunno wat she is gonna say
is this normal? im finidng it so difficult to gain wt.... any advice wud help... also being the 4th mth im not showing yet... is that normal too ??? pls advice

having known you been through severe morningsickness there is no reason to get crazy about weight gain until 20 weeks ultrasound. I would not worry on weight gain or not showing also. its very individual aspect some show in 3rd month while some barely show at the end of 5th month.
