Hi,
I have a lot of small mole like eruptions on my face which I really hate.Are there any suggestions for any treatment?

Hi Neha,
If your so called moles are a little raised, you probably have what are called DPN in dermatology.These can easily be removed by electrosurgery or radiosurgery without any remnant scars or pigmentation.This is best done by a qualified dermatologist.
If case your lesions are absolutely flat,they could be freckles or just small moles, both of which can be removed easily by a vasculite laser.
So, visit your dermatologist & dont worry.In the meantime, avoid sun exposure.

you should visit a dermatologist. they will tell you what your problem is, and maybe with the help of laser treatment you can have flawless skin after a few months..

you said that you have a no:of moles on your face.i think those those tiny moles are freckles or caused by suntan,allery to any makeup product etc.you must see a skin specialist to remove it.a doctor can easily remove that and make you free from your trouble.
