hi all moms
hope all are doing good.
have u started giving vitamin d , vit a drops to your babies? i read in many books about giving it and that breastmilk has less vit d.

Though I must warn you that kids don't take to it that well. Both my kids used to bring up little bit but whatever stays inside is good for them and it is needed.

My baby was born on April 6 and it's been over a month that I started on vit D drops which are very essential in North America due to lack of exposure to enough sunshine. It's good for the growing bones. My doc had told about it on the first visit itself.
