Hi, I work in the construction industry and have to spent long hours in the sun as most of my work involves working outside. I a lot of care - wear full sleeves, apply lots of sunscreen, but, inspie of that, my arms have become really dark, my face looks worn out all the time... my neck is also dark. I am 28. Can anyone please give me some advice on getting rid of the tan and getting my skin color back?

take out the watery layer of curd mix with 1 tbsp of lemon juice apply overnight.rinse in the moarning.

(not for sensitive and acne prone skin).

apply besan thrice a day.
