Hi there

I am 25.I am lossing my hair (a lot every day) and I got some dandruff problems as well. The thing is I have been using Head and Shoulder Shampoo for more than 10 year but still I have got this danddruff problem. I thinking of cutting my hair, will it help to get rid of these two problems? Please give some other suggestions as well.

ruchir replied. Its fgood to know that theres someone like me. I guess these shampoos are useless. Instead use the Nizral shampoo of Johnson & Johnson. That's better when it comes o dandruff. Also, H&S leads to a lot of hairfall. I suggest change it to Nizral and use it twice a week. Olive oil also helps. Rest Im in the same shoes as you. i read your problem in indianparenting site,and the solution for your problem in my opinion is dont cut your hair when ever dandruf is more,you do one thing,i think my idea on you is good,why bcos my husband is also suffering from dandruff,so,for that problem i gave him one suggestion that is,with coconut oil(the quantity is based upon how much you use for your hair)and mix lemon juice(extract lemon juice from lemon and dont add anything in lemon juice)then apply for your hair,and stay for one hour ,after then do head bath with head and shoulders shampoo,ok ,it is helping my husband a lot.
