i m 18 yrs. old. i live in usa. i have a problem of loosing my hair. my hair is falling from the roots. what should i use? and what shampoo should i use? i m really worried about my hair. please reply me as soon as possible.

i use pantene pro-v shampoo. and sometimes i message my hair my almond oil, and on every weekend i put mixture of shikakai, alma, tulsi, neem , mehndi. and i leave it on for some minutes and then i wash it off with pantene shampoo.
and i drink milk twice a day. what else should i do?
