Hi,

I had C-section delivery 7 months ago.
My problem is for the past 1 year, iam afraid to have sex with my husband. Now, iam afraid that i will become pregnant again.

My husband is also very frustrated because of me withdrawing from sax life. I too want to have sax with him, but i need good advice about safety.

I consulted a gyn, she says not to use birth control pills, that will make me more fat, as i already put on 12kgs extra weight after delivery, which now iam trying to reduce.
I also tried condoms, but that did not also work out as i felt it was very rough on me.

I heard some thing about loop/ IUD. I want to know whether IUD is safe, and will not cause any problems like heavy bleeding or pain or increase body weight.
Pls advice whether i can go for loop/ IUD treatment.

I badly want to satisfy my hubby, he is very much frustrated. Pls advice me, if anybody have used this and what problems u have faced.

sorry to hear this..
i dont like pills for the side effects.. and puttting stff down there is not such a good idea.. i hv heard horror stories (though majority of ppl respond well it seems)
try condoms that are lubricated.. they are actually more comfortable that the 'natuarl way'..

IUD is OK to go for, effects vary from patient to patient and you should not worry on what others faced.

what matters is successful happy marriage if this is what you want to have then go ahead with IUD, medicine has intervention to help not to hurt patients!

condoms are available which are lubricated and I am sure if you and your spouse makes a good choice you will find that option as easy as you want to. it will be trial and error for the beginning until you find suitable make for you both.
