hi guys
i am 7 weeks pregnant. this is my second pregnancy after 4yrs. i am so thrilled. Hoping and praying all will go well. but my trouble is i am very overweight 94kgs already. need to watch on my diet. Hope all goes well....

hey!
Nats honey..yagna is right u shpuld not take pills without consulting doc.
Dont worry about ur weight rather what u can do is instead of fattenning food u should increase the intake of fruits n veggies...taht will hep u to have healthy baby! I AM OVER WEIGHT too by 10 kgs.....but eating more of fruits n veggies.
n yes my tummy is already showing, i would complete 10week on this sunday! :) so i guess we will all be very pregnant, healthy n happy!!!

Hey nats,
Dont take any pill... including normal paracetamol tablets on your own during pregnancy... consult your doctor atleast over fone before taking the pills... headaches, body aches, back aches are common during this time due to hormonal changes.... stay cool....

Hi,
Just dont worry about your weight. Eat nutritious food... feel happy... bcoz at this stage depending on your mood baby gets its characteristics.... so stay cool... go for a walk after 5th month and eat healthy stuff... you would definitely lose weight by taking care and running after your kid :)

hi yagnalakshmi,
thanks for u msg. yeah, u bet i am doing my very best to stoping worrying about my weight and watching most of the time what i eat. well, the most amazing thing happened today. for the past 2 days i been having this terrible one side headache. last nite i couldnt even sleep. finally i took a paracetamol becoz i had to get up early to send my kid to school. even that didnt work and i got up with an headache. still with this headache, while i was praying, i really cried and asked the lord to just take away this pain cause i cant take any more tablets also.... believe me or not Praise God! my headache was gone in 5 mints. i felt so blessed. this has given me more confidence and faith that God is gonna to help me thru my pregnancy and weight. All Praise Be to MY lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.... Prayers can work wonders really... God Bless u...
