Yes, Laser's work very well and they are safe. He will feel a mild sensation and initial redness which lasts only a day or two.
However, he would have to go back at least 3 times because they can only successfully remove hair that is already sprouted. Hairs that are in process or still in the bulb stage have to wait until they sprout.

Alternately, he can get his eyebrows waxed. Waxing lasts at least 6-8 weeks and it really discourages new growth after awhile. He will feel a sharp sting for a moment or two and the area will also show redness but it disappears after a day or so. He may also see 'bumps' in the skin where the hair has been 'extracted' but those go away too. He can apply vaseline or a soothing lotion right fter the waxing to mimimize the stinging. The esthetician should know to immediately place her fingers on the waxed area immediately following the waxing to soothe the tender area.

Hope this helps.

Hello everyone,
I have medium volume hair but my hair type is very thin and silky. Due to which my hair doesn't hold curls for long hours. I have heard that texturizing spray helps to solve the above problem. Could someone please suggest the good texturizing spray for thin hair?... - Amulya Peru [View Message]
