hi
Iam in US for the past 2 months. The day i came here i started loosing my hair ..it is too much...i dont know what to do....iam taking hairwash atleast 2-3 times weekly with a mild shampoo...butstill the hair loss is there....i have lost sso much hair....
pls help me out

*oil ur hair one night b4 u waas ur hair.
*drink milk n haldee b4 u go to bed
*dilute ur shampoo b4 use
*dnt use conditioner
