Pls help regarding to hair fall and white hair.
My age is 26. Pls suggest me some shampo or oil to reduce my hair fall.

And also suggest to overcome from white hair.

take tea without mixing milk add 1 teaspoon salt mix it just apply in ur scalp with massage after wash it plz dont use shampoo on that time use only shikakai

i also faced this problem .for hair falling i just read somewhere that once a week give steam to ur hairs.i mean boil water dip a towel in it and then squeeze out water frm it and then wrap it on ur head.i have tried it once in a week and really found result.

for grey hairs i am searching for help
fida replied. Take multi vitamins every day. t will help you for ur grey hair.if u live in usa get one a day.
