i have a doubt. you have written to rub garlic on nails would make it long n shine but would it make my nails white n pale like because i want pink nails. plz clear my doubt so that i can start using it.

i have tried that warm water solution for my hands before n didn't work for me. i did it weekly once. was my method wrong?

thanks for your suggestions.

there are so many products in the market now it all depends on your choice and your range.

CLEAN & CLEAR moisturizer is good enough for daily use .

JERGENS NATURAL GLOW DAILY MOISTURIZER is good it will also give you a fair skin.

BOOTH'S HONEY & ALMOND CREAM is very good .

look in any cosmetic shop having imported items;

yes friend garlic will make your nails more stronger and more shiny ,garlic will increase shine in your nails.garlic will not turn your nails colour.

it takes time ,continue the method you are using.

you can have a french menicure at home too.it will make your hands and nails beautiful.

take luke warm water in a tub
add 1 tsp hyderogen peroxide
add some shampoo for formation of foam
keep your hands in solution for 15 mins

for better results keep your hands for 30 mins.

clean your nails
apply hand cream.

for beautiful nails apply lemon too .
