i hav a serious prob of dark knees and elbows...and i hav a very blemished skin too...plz help

try not to expose your knees and elbows towrds sun as they are badly affected parts by the sunrays.

apply lemon directly to your knees and elbows for two months regularly to see the difference.

also mix lemon juice in besan and apply daily for half an hour.


make a habbit of drinking atleast 3 glasses of water before your breakfast .

use a good face wash or go for PEARS SOAP (GREEN),its good for oily skin.

mix two egg whites with a few drops of lemon juice.apply on your face and leave it for 10 minutes then wash it off.it is good for blemished n oily skin and will also improve your complexion.


apply wet phitkri to your skin daily thrice a day to remove excess oil from skin .


apply aloevera to your skin,it will be better to keep an aloevera plant in your home ,cut a leaf from its centre and then apply the white gel to your face for 30 minutes daily it will lighten your blemishes.


avoid stress ,which is the major reason for acne

i have combination skin. tell me how to take care of it daily, step wise.
i have dandruff problem & hair fall. plz suggest step wise procedure to rid off dandruff n stop hair fall.

as your hairs are falling so apply castor oil in your hairs .apply twice a week

for dandruff take yogurt/curd 3 days old(do not refrigerate),take old yogurt mix this with mustard oil and apply.apply once a week.

never message any oil more than 3 times in a week.

beat two eggs and add 2 tbsp of water to it.wet the hairs and then apply leave for 15 mins then rinse with warm water .this is for both fallen hairs as well as dandruff.
combination skin is always dry at the cheeks and oily in T ZONE area.

treat your skin like oily skin.
daily cleanse your face before sleeping.
use apricot scrub or make a home made scrub for daily use.

take a facial after 3 months.
you can also do facial at home.
apply good lotion over non oily areas.
