I wanted to know how to take care of my nails, fingers, hands & foot at home. My age is just 16 & now only wrinkles & darkness have started appearing on my fingers. I have the habit of folding fingers & taking out sound like usually many people do. I don’t know what it is called, but hope you understand what I am saying. My friend said doing this causes darkness/wrinkles is it true? After she told I stopped doing it. Suggest some home remedies to decrease wrinkles & darkness.

Tangi replied. I missed one thing to say that stop your habit of cracking knucles (folding fingers & taking out sound) because it causes darkness, wrinkles on fingers as well as gives bad shape to fingers by enlarging the joints.

HAND CARE AT HOME: Doing the above remedy daily is enough. If you have any dark marks on your hands, rub a piece of lemon on your hand & wash after 15 minutes. After doing this use a good moisturizer.

FOOT CARE AT HOME: Every alternative day, massage your feet with almond oil at night before going to bed. This will make your foot soft. Mix salt, 5-6 drops lemon juice, 2-3 drops of shampoo in warm water & keep your foot in it. Do this once in two weeks. This will remove dirt. It will also prevent cracks on heels as well as soften your heels.

Daily twice use a good moisturizer on your face, neck, hands, legs & foot.

SOHA is here for your home remedy for taking care of your feets and hands at home due your menicure and pedicure yourself.
take any tub (big size) of a little warm water ,in this water add about i tbsp of shampoo(any shampoo),about 1 tsp of dettol,then add juice of the whole lemon in this water dip your hands in this water for 30 minutes you can try this for your feets too you will see good results in week ,if your hands are too dark repeat this procedure every week.

this activity will only cause looseness in your joints nothing else dont worry there are lots of people who are habitual of it.

for nails take a garlic piece cut that piece into half and rub its juice on your nails whenever you are free or during watching t.v etc it will not only increase the length of your nails but your nails will also shine .

do take care of your diet ,wrinkles at the age of 16 is the sign of improper diet ,do it everything necessary.
drink milk daily ,do eat eggs ,you need protein in your body .
its better to take care of your diet because you need balanced diet than any tip for your wrinkles.

take care Tangi replied. HOME REMEDY: Massage your fingers with almond oil or olive oil for 10-15 minutes. Then soak them in warm milk for 10 minutes before bath. Do this daily once. This will keep it free from wrinkles, lighten the darkness & make your fingers soft.
