friends,i have a strange problem.due to all the stress given to me by my inlaws i have developed a strange problem.i eat at irregular intervals and also eat a lot resulting in overweight,body pains joint problems etc. etc.when i decide that no iam doing something wrong and i must stop this habit i carry on with it for a day or two then iam back to square one.this problem of mine is making no difference to my MIL and SIL who have made my life a mess,but i know iam suffering.the sight of my SIL disturbs me or i would rather say iam a bit scared of her and try to avoid her.My MIL constaNTLY PAMPERS HER WHILE SHE DEGRADES ME.I WANT to come out of this vicious cirle,but how.pl. help. suja replied. i can understand it i am aslo in same boat i eat at very frequent intervals and eat a lot (almost grazing whole day)
i tried a lot but couldnt control my self
i had some other problems o worry me
i talked to my doctor and she said it is compulsive eating diorder and i need help of psycatrist
u can search more abut it if you tye compulsive ating disorder in the google searchj
many people have it and most are women

i did not consult one as i am afraid to mention abut it to my hubby
but u can try to suma replied. It is in your control to control your mind,your body..think..if you get disturbed by their comments..that what they want!!..so you know what to do. Jo replied. u know what ur MIL & SIL are acting like that becoz they know v well that u will get disturbed with them and spoil your mood and things will go upside down with u coz of tension cereated by them...why dont u simply ignore them and lead ur life as u like? i mean do u regular excercise routine ...ur diet ...etc dont care or listen to their teasings etc
