Due Date Club May 2007:Headache- help!!!

somebody pls help.....
bad severe headaches for the past 2 days.....
maybe a migraine, dontknow, but i do have a history of migraines, but not had it a long long time now....but nurse said to take tylenol....is it ok to take?

any other remedies? home remedies maybe?
nausea also, getting worse ocz of headache now!!!

hi,
i had lot of headache too
eating less spicy food and drinking lots of water helped

I used to get very light headaches in my previous as well as this pregnancy. This time it got a little worse with the cough and cold too. Doc was wondering if my salt intake was on the higher side and asked me to cut down a bit. Also asked me to check my BP if possible during the time of headaches. Try drinking a hot cup of tea o something and see if that helps.

I too had frequent headaches during pregnancy.my doc suggested me to take tylenol too every six hrs.i did it because of the pain i dint have any other choice.she also suggested me walking and other light excercise to increase blood flow.
