I had my 12 week ultrasound today. Found out the foetus had stopped growing after 6 weeks. Outwardly, no symptoms of miscarriage. Have to go for D & C.
I feel very upset and vulnerable but hoping that this phase will pass away.

It might have been due to some abnormal chromosomal recombination and that should not take out your peace. I know knowing that you were almost finishing first trimester and getting excited for second trimester may not have expected to hear such sad news.

Trust in God and he will gift you with healty baby very soon.

I am really very sorry to hear about this news. But take it positively in the sense that may be this was God’s verdict. Whatever is destined to happens shall happen. God knows what is best for us.
