ur worrying too much....there is no escaping the pain of labour and birth....ive accepted the fact and made my life easier...

as for the video what i saw at the class in not available to me...but i have downloaded a birth video from the net today itself....just to make myself used to it...

i cant even email u this video coz its more than 25mb file...although u can download it urself...im writing point by point how u can do it

1. go to a site called \";wwwlimewiredotcom\";
2. from here download there free software on to ur comp
3. open the program and search for a video file called \"; pregnant giving birth 1\";
4. download it

its really easy....u can look for more videos of birth....i was happy with one only....

lastly....i want to advise u to take things easy...ive seen ur msgs....u seem very upset with the idea of going thru labour and birth pains...plz dont...just think about this...if it was so bad why do people keep having babies....and specially u can see india is so populated....why???....coz its damn easy to make baies :-)
