Milestones:right age for high-chair?

hi,
My son is 1 year, 4 months. i am planning to get him a high-chair. but, i am a bit anxious about how long it will be useful. if it is not going to be used for a long time, it will be wastage of money. anyone can guide me about the right age for high chair?

high chair can be used from the time baby can keep there head straight but your son is around 14 months i think if u have manage till now then great you can manage another 4 or 5 months or if you really want to buy then go for the one which can turn into table n chair n can be used later also till 3 years. we bought jane activa recliner high chair, its really good
n will turn into seperate table n chair. check where u stay if its available.

He does not point at things
He does not say Amma or any words
He does not pick up any objects and show to me

9.5 months milestones
