hi,

u knw last time u gv remedy for clear skin tht fruit based mask tht worked great yaar.thanks alot.

nw my problem is hairs.my hairs was falling rapidly so after reading many remedies here i started coconut,almond n castor oil . somehow hairfall has stop.not so much but ya less than earlier.but my hairs turn too dry after shampooing.i have dandruffs so i use head n shoulders shampoo to wash my hairs.

can u pls give me some hair care routine for hairfall,dry hairs n dandruff?

sonu Prity replied. The external use of the remedies can help from teh outside but you also need to \";sole\"; the problem internally. There had to be some defeicincy in your body for you have fall like that. I used to have tons too. Hair fall is usually linked to deficency in Vits esp biotin. Try supplementing yourself with them and check with your doctor to what you have defeciency in. I supplemented myself with vits (multiviaminn) and whatever else my body is defeceint in, along with good shampoo, treatment products and now no more falls... sonu, you must use a conditioner for your hair after shampooing. you can add 2 teaspoons full of white cooking vinegar in the last mug of water and rinse off with another mug of plain water. a beautiful, inexpensive conditioner. or, whichever brand shampoo you are using, the same brand conditioner must be available in the market. but it and use it. please dont use head and shoulders. it can have good adds. but it is too harsh for the hair. treat your dandruff otherwise. not through a harsh shampoo. use revlon flex for dry and damaged hair and conditioner for dry and damaged hair. dont choose a shampoo that says it also has conditioner in it. it just doesnt work. i have tried. they are useless.

for dandruff, everytime you wash your hair, boil the water with 4 handsfull of neem leaves. boil sufficient amount of water needed to wash your hair really very well. let it become luke warm (dont mix ordinary water to make it luke warm. instead let it cool by itself. because if you add plain water, the essense of neem will be removed. then there will be no use of the water. there wont be any effect). this will reduce your dandruff magically within 2 weeks- if you have washed your hair thrice a week. besides, add a little solid camphor and a few dried tulsi leaves, hibiscus flowers and neem leaves to the hair oil and bring to a boil. let it cool and use it for daily application. till you get rid of the dandruff, please do oil your hair everyday. let it not go dry. if you have split ends, then please go have a good hair cut. cut it short and let it grow. this is the easiest thing you can ever do to get rid of dandruff quickly without much effort. the treatment is very powerfull. the neem water bath is not only good for your hair, its good for the skin as well, and the parts of the body within. it enhances lymph circulation in the body and kills all bacteria. this neem water bath during summer wont get you any prickly heats. even sunburns can be challenged. more than sacredness, tulsi and neem have great medical values. that is why neem and tulsi are worshipped in india.
