I had a gastric bypass in june of this year, my hair is thinning out and also falling out when I brush my hair,what can I do to stop it from falling out. and to help it grow.

hi charleen,

the only way to cure your problem is to take a lot of greens. spinach in all the 3 meals of the day and almonds every morning and night will do the magic. drink plenty of water and treat your hair with a good oil bath every weekend. brush your hair very softly and dont be harsh with it. since this seems to be a medical consequence, it is best you see the surgeon who operated on you and explain to him about your problem. this follow up must have been done. have you done it already? if not, please do it now.
